Hive5 Rentals app for iPhone and iPad

Hive5 app is an item marketplace that lets you list your items to rent to others and make money, or rent from nearby users and save money on things you occasionally need or cant justify buying. As an item owner, you can list your items and specify rental terms and add a security deposit to insure your item in case of loss or damage. Renters can browse the marketplace and request to rent items. Hive5 app manages the life cycle of the rental, notifies parties of pick up time and location, collects payments from the renter and manages the return process. 

You can transfer the money you made to a connected Stripe account and from there you can access the money or transfer it to your bank account. Hive5 app allows people to make passive income using items they own and add another stream of income and gives convenience to renters who would like to quickly pick up things they need temporarily, saving them money and time.
